This stunning piece is handcrafted from lustrous mother of pearl shell and features intricate detailing that makes it a true work of art by our craftsmen.
This locket necklace has a pearl finishing with a northern star to symbolise the direction to your heart or your special one. As you open the locket, you will find a heart shape metal plate where you can engrave your name or permanent message in it, making it the perfect way to carry a cherished memory or a heartfelt sentiment close to your heart.

PLATING: Since end of 2023, we have increased our 18K gold & rose gold plating to 2-micron thick. This means that Lovela Necklace will last longer with better resistance against water contact. Locket & Charm Engraving
Character Limit
There is no character limit. If your engraving details are long, the engraved wordings will appear smaller. We will determine on how to best engrave so that your engravings are visible. Sometimes, we will split into 2-4 lines. Alternatively, you can also opt for 2-sided engraving. You may specify specific size and position of the engraving as well.
Icons & Illustrations
To add icons engraving with wordings, add to cart your choice of one-sided or two-sided engraving first. Then add the "Icons" + "Icons Only" option to cart again. There is no limit to how many icons you can add for $2.
Custom illustration does not include engraving service. This option is if you need us to turn your pictures into a line illustration. This option takes 3-5 working days excluding revision time. To add engraving for your custom illustration request, add "One-sided" + Any font into your cart.
Handwriting Engraving
Write on a piece of white paper with black ink and take a picture, or scan the paper for the submission. Add "Handwriting" + "Standard" to cart for handwriting engraving.
Custom Font & Icon
If you'd like a custom font or icon, please send us the files of the font or image. Alternatively, if you need our help to find a suitable font or image, there will be an additional charge of $2. In this case, you can add "Icons" + "Icons Only" to your cart.

If no specific instructions is given, our team will engrave your piece(s) to the best of our ability and sense of aesthetic.
- Processing Time: Custom engraving orders typically require 1-3 working days to process. This timeframe is subject to changes based on the complexity of the order and current engraving schedules. You will be notified of any significant delays.
- Non-Refundable Payment: A non-refundable payment is required for engraving orders. This payment will be applied towards the total cost of the order. In the event of cancellation, the payment will not be refunded.
- Final Sale: Due to the personaliz=sed nature of custom engraving orders, all custom engravings are final sale. These engraving service and engraved items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Variations: Custom engravings may exhibit slight variations in expected sizes and positioning. These variations are part of the unique engraved jewelry and should not be considered defects. If re-engraving is requested due to slight variations, a small fee will be required to cover the cost.
- Shipping: Custom engraved orders will be shipped once the creation process is complete and full payment has been received. Shipping times will vary based on the destination and chosen shipping method.
- Changes to Order: Any changes to the order after production has begun may incur additional charges and may extend the processing timeline. Please communicate any desired changes as soon as possible.

We are happy to announce we officially ship internationally! All orders are dispatched from our Singapore warehouse within 2 - 3 business days.
