By placing a photo placement custom order with Dear Diary Co., you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Photo Specifications: Photo placement will be done according to the image and instructions provided. Please ensure your photo is clear, high-resolution, and cropped as desired. If no specific positioning instructions are given, our team will place the photo to the best of our ability and aesthetic judgment.
- Processing Time: Photo placement typically requires 1–3 working days. This timeline may vary depending on order complexity and current workload, and you will be informed if there are any significant delays.
- Non-Refundable Payment: A non-refundable payment is required for all photo placement services and will be applied toward your total order. In the event of cancellation, this fee will not be refunded.
- Final Sale: Due to the personalised nature of photo placement, all orders are final sale. Photo placement services and completed items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Variations: Minor variations in positioning or sizing may occur due to the handcrafted process and the shape of each locket. These are not considered defects. Requests for adjustments may incur a small fee.
- Shipping: Orders will be shipped once the photo placement process is completed and full payment has been received. Delivery times vary based on destination and selected shipping method.
- Changes to Order: Changes requested after production has begun may result in additional charges and extended processing time. Please inform us of any updates as early as possible.

International Shipping
We are happy to announce we officially ship internationally! All orders are dispatched from our Singapore warehouse within 2 - 3 business days.
Order tracking
Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive an email within 72 hours after placing your order.
